Free publishing of congress papers on authentic journals and research and specialized

In honoring the scientific products of dear participants, the scientific secretariat of National Conference on Architecture and Art Technologies, Smart City, Soft and Creative Industries and Technological Culture has prepared conditions so all the selected papers without any need to reviewing and only based on the authentication of being applied by scientific committee of National Conference on Hekmat-Based Architecture, Urban Development, Art, Industrial Design, Construction and Technology will be accepted and published by conference fees and free in one of the various authentic journals of ISI, ISC, specialized and research  of conference.
